PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

I provide all patients with an initial evaluation, utilizing a combination of techniques to help arrive at some hypotheses about you and your behavior, personality and capabilities. We will discuss your symptoms and issues, at which point a diagnosis can be identified and explained.

ADULT & CHILD PSYCHOTHERAPY

In my therapy sessions, I take a collaborative approach, utilizing a wide range of cognitive and behavioral techniques that suit each individual. Using a tailored-approach, you may learn relaxation techniques, methods of identifying and reframing negative thought patterns, meditation exercises, engage in desensitization to anxiety or fear triggers, or methods of communication. Adults and children are actively involved in their treatment planning and attaining their goals.
